Norwayne Girls Soccer Wins WCAL Title

The Norwayne girls soccer team needed the win at Smithville on Thursday night to clinch a share of the WCAL Championship.  The Lady Cats came away with a 3-0 win and a piece of the crown.  Ellen Henslee scored just 5 minutes into the game on an assist from Leah Rufener to get Norwayne started. 

Norwayne Volleyball Wins Against Chippewa 3-2

The Norwayne volleyball team won a 5-set thriller at home on Tuesday night against Chippewa 3-2(25-17, 23-25, 22-25, 27-25, 17-15).  Savannah Berry had 14 points, 24 kills and 34 digs for the Bobcats.  Andrea Maibach finished with 17 blocks and 11 kills.  Allison Morlock dished out 55 assists and added 10 digs.  Lauren Deiotte chipped

Norwayne Girls Soccer Moves Into 1st Place With Win Over Chippewa

Norwayne Boys Soccer Beats Chippewa 3-0

The Norwayne boys soccer team won their 7th straight game on Tuesday night at Chippewa 3-0.  Nic Graham, Jordan Steiner and Jacob Aubrey all found the back of the net for the Bobcats.  Ethan Graf picked up the shutout with 8 saves.  Norwayne is now 8-5-2 overall and 6-2-1 in the WCAL.  They will finish


Norwayne’s Austin Shepherd has qualified to wrestle in the Super 32 National Wrestling Tournament on October 24th and 25th in Myrtle Beach.  Austin will wrestle against the top 32 wrestlers in his weight class nationwide.  Good luck Austin!

Norwayne Girls Soccer Falls to Revere 7-1

The Norwayne girls soccer team traveled to Revere on Thursday night and came up short 7-1.  Brynn Mowrer scored the lone goal for the Bobcats.  Revere was able to take 21 shots on goal compared to Norwayne’s 7.  Chloe DuPlaga picked up 9 saves on the night.  The Bobcats are now 11-2 on the season
