The Norwayne baseball team hosted Smithville on Tuesday night for senior night and fell 4-1.  Andrew Jacobs, Logan Moyer, Coen Haven and Hunter McCord all picked up hits for the Cats.  Bret Hall pitched 5 innings while Devon Pittman and Jarrett Valentine each pitched an inning.  The Cats finished the season with an 11-11 overall

The Norwayne baseball team opened up their 2018 tournament with a home win over visiting Orrville 10-0 in 5 innings.  The Cats now advance to play #1 seed Hillsdale in Jeromesville on Thursday night.  Pitcher Devon Pittman struck out 9 Orrville batters and worked a 4-hitter.  J.T.
