Congratulations to Norwayne’s Annable Stanley for qualifying for the 2019 OHSAA State Cross Country Meet.  Annabel finished 23rd overall at Youngstown Boardman on Saturday with a time of 20:02.  The State Meet will be run this Saturday, November 2 at the National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio.  The Girls Division II race will take place
